Martin C. Winstead, Esq.
Marty has been in private practice representing injury survivors and their families since 2002. He has a passion for his work, and a sincere compassion for the clients he works for. He has been named a Rising Star by Super Lawyers for 5 years running.
Marty received his B.A. at Syracuse University and his law degree at Boston College. He is admitted to practice in all Federal and State Courts in Massachusetts.
Marty lives, works and raises his family on the South Shore.
